The Esplanade apartment, a great waterfront location for visitors seeking quality comfort, relaxation and refinement in beachside living. The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully self contained ground floor classy apartment is nestled in an immaculately maintained complex overlooking the tranquil waters of Mangles Bay on Palm Beach, Rockingham’s most popular beach front.
The stunning interior is fresh, light, airy and superbly decorated with tasteful furnishings and fittings. The deluxe, modern kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking appliances. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area and front courtyard overlook the waterfront. The spacious main bedroom complete with en suite and walk in robe has a Queen size bed and overlooks the bay. The attractive second and third bed rooms, both with built in robes, have a double and 2 single beds respectively. All have ceiling fans and the apartment has air conditioning. The laundry has an automatic washing machine and clothes dryer. There is a remote controlled lock up garage.
The north facing aspect makes it an ideal winter getaway as the sun drenches through the windows.
Palm Beach is directly opposite the complex and the Rockingham cafe strip, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There is a deli nearby in addition to a supermarket which opens daily from 7.00am to 9.00pm.
Rockingham is an aquatic playground just 45 minutes south of Perth and 30 minutes south of Fremantle. With stretches of white sands, brilliant clear blue waters and sheltered swimming it’s an ideal city to visit and stay.
You’ll find great swimming, fishing, beach walking and cycle paths along a spectacular coastline. You can swim with the dolphins, visit nearby islands or sail in the protected bay.
Excellent tours are available through the local tourist bureau. Other attractions include scenic drives, wineries, wildlife parks, golf and fitness facilities and excellent shopping centres.
Pets are prohibited within the complex. No refund within 30 days of arrival.
