Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a large off-road parking area, there is a private entrance to this 1 bedroom unit. The stay includes its own en-suite, queen-size bed, TV, Wi-Fi, electric BBQ, fridge, charging station, air-con and microwave along with tea/coffee facilities.

There is a small outside private area under shade with two chairs and a small table. As well as that, this stay is only a 5 minute stroll to the Rockingham Visitor Centre, Cockburn Sound and the beautiful Rockingham Foreshore. Val Street Jetty is located nearby where the Perth Wildlife Encounters cruises leave for its Dolphin Swim tour.

Within this precinct is a supermarket, bakery, bank, news agency, Dome Cafe, Boardwalk cafes, restaurants and bars all located close by for your convenience.
